Kansas City Chiefs head coach Todd Haley said rookie WR Jonathan Baldwin could occupy the slot position in the offense for the time being. Baldwin played some slot in his debut in Week 7. 'Steve Breaston and Dwayne Bowe are playing at a very high level right now,' Haley said. 'They're making good progress every week and I surely don't want to disrupt them a whole bunch and start moving them around.'
Fantasy Impact: Baldwin has been a huge bust to date but can still get it going before the season is over. It is good to just see him on the field right now. He still has a long ways to go.

Kansas City Chiefs WR Jonathan Baldwin (wrist) injured his wrist during a locker room altercation with RB Thomas Jones. Baldwin is expected to miss the rest of the preseason.
Fantasy Impact: Not good. Baldwin is doing little to endear himself to his teammates and coaching staff. He is dropping quickly on draft boards.

Kansas City Chiefs rookie WR Jonathan Baldwin is expected to be the team's No. 2 receiver, starting opposite of WR Dwayne Bowe. With the addition of WR Steve Breaston, the Chiefs' receiver position has upgraded considerably since last season. Breaston is expected to see time in the slot, while Baldwin now gives the team a vertical threat they've needed. If Baldwin is not able to start as a rookie, Breaston will be able to easily replace him.
Fantasy Impact: Breaston is insurance for the Chiefs, but Baldwin will be given first shot to start.
