Summary

Quarterback Rank: #102
Overall: #588

Hall injured his shoulder before last season and needed surgery, missing his entire season second year in the league. He should be fine for the coming season, though, and likely will battle for the No. 3 job in Arizona. The undrafted quarterback played six games his rookie season but didn't exactly light it up. He had a touchdown pass to six interceptions. Hall completed 50 percent of his passes and averaged just 4.7 yards per attempt. Hall has some promise, though. He isn't a big kid, but has a pretty good arm and just seems to have a knack for making plays. At this point, he needs a lot of work with his accuracy and ability to read defenses. He just looked a step slow when playing his first year in the league.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
Hall probably won't get the playing time of his rookie season. He has two quality quarterbacks ahead of him on the depth chart. Don't bother with him on your fantasy team.

Arizona Cardinals QB Max Hall might be best used on the practice squad, reports Kent Somers, of The Arizona Republic. However, head coach Ken Whisenhunt has never been a proponent of keeping a QB on the practice squad, because it's hard to get that player enough work and there are more pressing needs at other positions.
