Summary

Tight End Rank: #46
Overall: #320

Hoomanawanui had another injury-plagued season, playing just eight games. He caught seven passes, giving him 20 receptions in two years in the 16 games he has played. Hoomanawanui has talent but can't stay healthy, battling injuries during his first two seasons. If healthy, Hoomanawanui has a chance to be the starting tight end in St. Louis. Hoomanawanui is an intriguing talent, but needs to stay healthy to prove his worth. He is an above-average pass catcher with good athletic ability and the knack for making the tough catch. Hoomanawanui also is a top blocker and asset to the running game.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
Until Hoomanawanui starts producing and staying healthy, he isn't worth a roster spot. If he wins the starting job and plays about a full season, it wouldn't surprise to see him get 40 or so catches for 500 yards and a few scores. But those are big "ifs" when it comes to Hoomanawanui.
