The Jacksonville Jaguars signed TE Martin Rucker (Cowboys) off the practice squad of the Dallas Cowboys Tuesday, Oct. 18. He will be on the active roster for at least three weeks. Head coach Jack Del Rio confirmed the move, but it is still pending a physical.
