Quarterback Rank: #97 Overall: #554
Leinart finally found his way back in the starting lineup last season and didn't make it through the game, breaking his collarbone. It was a disappointing turn of events for Leinart, who was 10-of-13 for 57 yards and a touchdown before getting hurt. Leinart has done little since his rookie season and probably isn't going to be a full-time starter in the near future. He seems destined for backup duty, a role he serves well because of his starting experience. Leinart has never seized past chances, having 20 interceptions to 15 touchdown passes. His reads are slow and he makes poor decisions when under pressure. Leinart is an accurate quarterback, but his indecision is his major drawback. Until he proves he can handle the speed of the NFL, Leinart will remain a backup. He'll be the top backup for the Raiders in 2012, backing up Carson Palmer.

Don't bother with Leinart. Even if he starts some games, he hasn't shown enough in the past to be a help to fantasy teams. He is running out of time in the NFL. |
