Tight End Rank: #87 Overall: #580
Scaife was the starter early in the season but eventually was inactive for several games before the season was out. The Titans started to go with a youth movement at tight end, leaving Scaife on the sidelines. Scaife caught 36 passes for 318 yards in 14 games. He actually set a career high in touchdowns, scoring four. Scaife had three straight seasons with 420-plus yards before last year. His numbers have never been off the charts, though, having a career high 561 yards in 2008. Scaife probably isn't a No. 1 tight end anymore, but a solid pass-catching option. He'll be a backup in Cincinnati this season. He is a big target at tight end. Scaife isn't a speed burner, but runs solid routes and has plus hands.

Scaife has never been a great fantasy option and isn't likely to see his numbers return to past success. He might get 30 receptions for 300 yards and a few scores if he starts getting consistent playing time, which isn't a given at this point. |
