Running Back Rank: #77 Overall: #347
Williams did alright in his first season with the Rams, serving as the top backup to Steven Jackson. Williams had nearly 500 total yards and averaged a respectable 4.1 yards per carry. His best game of the season came Week 1 after Jackson left the game early with an injury. Williams ran 19 times for 91 yards. He has more than 50-rushing yards in just one other game, though. Williams is 30 years old and hasn't topped 1,000-rushing yards since his rookie season. He has fewer than 500-rushing yards four of the last five seasons. His injuries have taken a toll. Williams lacks some of the burst from early in his career. Williams still has decent speed and good moves, though. He just isn't the game-changer and hasn't been since his rookie season. He'll challenge for another backup job this season.

Williams is losing value quickly. He still might be worth an outside look as a deep reserve in PPR leagues but that is about it. He won't be helping many fantasy teams at this stage of his career. He could get 400 total yards and a score or two. |

| The St. Louis Rams are not expected to re-sign impending free-agent RBs Jerious Norwood and Cadillac Williams this offseason. |
| Fantasy Impact: Neither did much in a reserve role for the Rams, so it makes sense to move on and get younger at the position. |
