Boldin missed the last two games of the season with a knee injury but had pretty good numbers before the injury. He could have reached the 1,000-yard mark if he plays those last two games, finishing 123 yards shy of 1,000. He had two 100-yard games and averaged four receptions for 63 yards per game. Boldin was a consistent target for the Ravnes. In two seasons with Baltimore, Boldin averages 61 receptions for 862 yards and five touchdowns. He is more of a possession receiver for the Ravens these days although he showed a little more big-play ability last season. Boldin is a big, strong receiver. He isn't a speed demon, but runs good routes and has solid hands. He is 31 years old, but has taken a lot of punishment through the years, which is a concern going forward. How much does he have left?

FANTASY OUTLOOK

Boldin won't get you many touchdowns, but will finish with decent reception and yardage totals. Just don't overvalue him based on past seasons. He is going to be good for about 65 catches for 900 yards and five or so touchdowns, making him a low-end No. 2 or No. 3 fantasy receiver.

Baltimore Ravens WR Anquan Boldin had six receptions for 101 yards in the AFC Championship Game Sunday, Jan. 22, against the New England Patriots. Boldin had a decent postseason, pulling down 10 receptions for 174 yards and a touchdown in two playoff games.

Fantasy Impact: Boldin played well returning from injury. He still seems on the decline some but should help fantasy teams in 2012.

Baltimore Ravens WR Anquan Boldin (knee) said Sunday, Jan. 15, that he felt fine after the team's Divisional Round playoff game win against the Houston Texans. He missed the final two regular season games after surgery to repair a partially torn meniscus in his knee. 'Yeah, I felt good,' Boldin said. 'I went to (QB Joe Flacco) before the game and told him, 'If you see me out there in one-on-one coverage, just throw it up. I'm make a play.' Fortunately, he was able to do that.'

Baltimore Ravens WR Anquan Boldin (knee) said Friday, Jan. 6, that he is feeling better than he has all season. Boldin missed the final two regular season games after having surgery Dec. 22 to repair a partially torn meniscus in his knee. 'This is probably the best I've felt all year,' Boldin said. 'I've been playing with my meniscus partially torn so after I got it cleaned up, I'm able to cut without any hesitation and able to run so I feel real good.'
