SUMMARY
Quarterback Rank: #62
Overall: #335

Carr was the top backup for the Giants but didn't attempt a pass. Carr has attempted less than 35 passes four straight seasons in a reserve role. Carr was the first overall pick in 2002 and has been a starter in the NFL, but his days of starting seem over. He is a decent backup, though, because of his starting experience and limited success. Carr has a great arm, but tends to struggle with accuracy and decision making. He also has a tendency to hold onto the ball too long, taking unnecessary sacks.
FANTASY OUTLOOK
Even if forced into the starting lineup, Carr won't help fantasy teams. Remember, he has more interceptions (71) than touchdowns passes (65) for his career. There is a reason he isn't starting anymore.
